Jessica Farrell, sole proprietor of Redstart Works, is a facilitator, educator, archivist, and consultant who takes on projects that shift power and resources to archivists, archives, maintainers, and the commons. Before founding Redstart Works, she worked in public, private, and corporate archives as a digital archivist, and as a project manager and community facilitator for a library research nonprofit. She has helped sustain several born-digitalarchiving and preservation communities. 15+ years of experience and research-in-practice inform her consulting work in facilitation, strategic planning, financial planning, evaluation, and research, writing and publishing.
